- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days after deducting cancellation fees.
- No refund will be given for unused services or no-shows.

- We can assist in visa and passport application processes but do not guarantee approval.

- Insurance coverage for baggage loss, health emergencies, delays, or cancellations is the traveler’s responsibility unless specified in the package.

- Travelers are expected to follow local laws, cultural norms, and safety instructions during the trip.
- Disruptive or inappropriate behavior can result in immediate termination of the travel contract without refund.
